Training Heat Policy

If the weather forecast from the Bureau Of Meteorology is 30C or above as of 9am on a Sunday, there will be NO training that day.

If the forecast is between 25C – 30C, then training will go ahead with regular rest periods to allow both dogs and handlers to hydrate and get out of the heat.

Each handler is required to supply shade and water for their dog. All trainers are encouraged to supply their own water bowls for their dogs.
